The Solution
I have years of experience in building confidence and expertise, and I use this to make a difference with some of the following actions:
- facilitate event(s), for example, to improve partnership working, agree on strategy priorities or develop action plans. I don’t just turn up on the day; I prepare with you and key stakeholders to ensure a great outcome.
- deliver training on a variety of subjects, including problem solving, partnership working and policy.
- provide coaching and mentoring to build individual’s skills, well-being and confidence.
My Experience
My bespoke work programme will be designed to meet your needs, but some examples of past work are:
- a series of events to develop a community safety strategy, including priority development and action planning.
- a stakeholder meeting to align domestic abuse services in a District Council which led to improvements in response rates to survivors of domestic abuse.
- critical friend and mentoring support for an Officer in the review and development of their service.
- individual confidence coaching which enabled the individual to develop the ability to successfully identify and respond to priorities.
