My Experience

I have a breadth of project management and project mobilisation experience including:

• a pilot of a new opiate treatment in a prison;
• new Alcohol Liaison Service in an Acute Hospital Trust;
• the modeling, commissioning and mobilisation of a perpetrator programme.

I am particularly skilled in partnership development and engagement as it forms a golden thread that runs through a large part of my work from the service reviews, to project management, project mobilisation through to strategic development.
